We have now launched our new service “Clip Studio Support.

What kind of service is this?

Clip Studio Support will assist users of our software and services by offering answers to any problems that occur, as well as a place to gather bug reports and other feedback or requests.

Clip Studio Support includes quick links to frequently asked questions regarding Clip Studio Paint and serial numbers.

New “Having an issue” section in Clip Studio

A link to Clip Studio Support has been added to the Clip Studio launcher under the heading “Having an issue?”

Ease of information

The service will include a collection of frequently asked questions, and an improved search function so users can quickly find answers to their queries. The site has also been designed for ease of use on PC and smartphone devices. Through the site contact form, our support team will continue to respond to individual help queries by e-mail.

Multilingual support

The Clip Studio Support site will be offered in seven languages (English, French, Spanish, German, Japanese, Korean, and Traditional Chinese), and we aim to provide high-quality content in each language.
